About the Contributors
Malaka Chandradasa is a Lieutenant with the Sri Lanka Navy. He serves in the Special Boat Squadron (SBS), the Sri Lankan Navy's Special Warfare component.
COL Arjan Hilaj is head of the training section in the Operations and Training Directorate (J3/7), Albanian Armed Forces. He has recently returned from an eight-month tour with coalition forces in Afghanistan.
Thon Agany Ayiei earned his MA in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, and currently works in Juba, South Sudan.
COL Sean Corrigan, U.S. Army, was a Fellow with the George C. Marshall Center until Spring 2012.
Rachel Davis is a student in Defense Analysis at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. She has a BA in History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
LTC Jan Novak, Army of the Czech Republic, is presently a student of Defense Analysis at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He has served multiple tours in southern Afghanistan.
MAJ Marcus Forman is a Civil Affairs officer in the United States Army. He has served with the 3rd and 7th Special Forces Groups and the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade, and has deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Dr. Kalev I. Sepp is a senior lecturer in Defense Analysis at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He earned his Combat Infantryman Badge in the Salvadoran Civil War.
George Lober guides U.S. and international military students through the tricky terrain of ethics and critical thinking at the Naval Postgraduate School.
